Both the antenatal and post natal classes are brilliant. I couldn't find anything that offered cardio and strength work during pregnancy and this offers both and more. All the classes are run by Physiotherapists so you're in good hands. After I gave birth they gave me a great foundation for getting back into exercise. Would recommend to all mums.


 I attended classes from early on in my pregnancy and they have been amazing. Before getting pregnant I did quite a lot of sport and once I was pregnant was at a loss as to what to do. Helens classes give me a good workout but I knew they were safe for wherever I was in my pregnancy journey. They were a brilliant way to break up the days in lockdown too. Couldn't recommend the classes highly enough.

As a triathlete and usually very sporty person I was worried about how I'd cope doing less physical stuff during pregnancy, especially once I had to stop running. Maternally Fit was a total lifesaver - a twice weekly dose of high energy cardio and all round work out kept me sane and I'm positive it's aided my speedy recovery from the birth. For me MF was the best thing ever!

My labour was not short as I had to be induced but I managed to escape with no stitches or tears and my post-natal recovery has been great - no pelvic floor issues at all!  The midwife has been very impressed and most importantly I can even do up my pre-baby jeans and I'm 100% sure that it is because of all the Maternally Fit classes.
